摘要
讨论了目前太阳跟踪方式研究中存在的问题。设计了一种基于四象限太阳位置传感器的太阳跟踪器。控制上,以单片机为核心,对太阳定位传感器的输出信号进行处理,进而控制电机实现对太阳估计位置的跟踪。跟踪策略上,晴天采用光电跟踪,阴天采用日历跟踪,实现了聚光器全天候的自动跟踪。试验表明:该方法在±18°视场角度内的跟踪精度不低于0.1°;在各种天气状况下,跟踪器能够稳定工作,取得了满意的效果。
The efficiency of solar energy system can be significantly improved by real-time sun tracking. How to balance the high precision and low cost is still worth studying. Based on previous research, the problems existing in the current sun-tracking approach were been discussed. A sun tracker using sensor for four-quadrant of sun position was presented. The single-chip was used to process the output signals of the sun position sensor and control the motor to achieve the estimated location of the solar tracking. The automatic track could be achieved by optical tracking way in sunny day and calendar-reckoning method in cloudy day. Experiments show that the accuracy of this sun-tracker is not less than 0.1° between ±18° vision angle. In any weather conditions, this tracker can work well and satisfy the specific requirements.
