摘要
目的对比实验犬单纯麻醉与复合麻醉的效果,探讨一种理想的介入实验犬麻醉方法。方法选取拟行建立房间隔缺损模型手术的成年健康杂种犬36只,分成单纯麻醉组(氯胺酮组,18只)和复合麻醉组(氯胺酮与地西泮组,18只),采用肌内注射麻醉。记录手术时间、首次麻醉起效时间、首次麻醉持续时间、追加麻醉次数、麻醉药物用量、术后苏醒时间、死亡率,并观察镇痛效果、呼吸频率和心率变化。结果 与单纯麻醉组相比,复合麻醉组氯胺酮用量明显较少,首次麻醉起效时间快,麻醉维持时间长,手术中追加麻醉次数较少,两组相比均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。单纯麻醉组手术时间、术后苏醒的时间略长,但与复合麻醉组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯胺酮与小剂量地西泮复合麻醉效果好,药物用量少,追加麻醉次数少,术后苏醒快。复合麻醉能让药物发挥相互拮抗和相互增强作用,起到更好的麻醉效果,是一种较理想的介入实验动物麻醉方法。
Objective To observe and compare the anesthetic effects of ketamine alone,and ketamine combined with low-dose diazepam on dogs.Methods Thirty-six healthy dogs were divided into two groups at random,i.e.ketamine anesthesia group(n=18),and ketamine combined with low-dose diazepam anesthesia group(n=18).All the dogs underwent intramuscular injection with the chemical(s).The time needed for operation and for consciousness recovery after operation,the time showing effect,the anesthetic time,the anesthetic dosage,the times of intraoperative anesthetic addition and the anesthetic death rate were recorded,respectively.Results Combined anesthesia gave the shorter onset time,the longer anesthetic time,more excellent anesthetic effect,less times of intraoperative anesthetic addition(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in the time needed for operation and for consciousness recovery after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion It is a better way to dog experimental catheter surgery by using combined anesthesia of kemmine and low-dose diazepam.
