摘要
为建立一种小麦茎基腐病快速接种鉴定方法,以扬麦158、Sunco、Kennedy为材料,采用4种接种方法评价了小麦苗期茎基腐病抗性鉴定效果,并以扬麦158/CI12633群体验证了所采纳的最优接种方法的致病效果。结果表明:采用苗期棉球接种法小麦品种间抗性差异明显,操作方便,发病稳定性等方面优于其他方法。因此,小麦茎基腐病抗性种质资源筛选时可以将棉球接种法作为鉴定评价的首选方法。
In order to find a fast and accurate inoculation method for the identification of wheat's resistance to crown rot disease,four different seedling inoculation methods were studied and compared by using Yangmai 158,Australia varieties Sunco and Kennedy as the tested materials.Then,the F2 generation of Yangmai 158/CI12633 was used to verify the optimal inoculation method.The results showed that the four inoculation methods all could cause crown rot disease in wheat seedlings,and different wheat varieties revealed similar trends in the resistance differences.The method of inoculating wheat seedlings with cotton balls could show significant difference in the resistance to crown rot disease among different varieties,and this method was better in the complexity of the inoculation operation and stability of the incidence of crown rot disease than other methods.Therefore,cotton balls inoculation method was a better method for the identification of the resistance of wheat germplasm resources to crown rot disease.
