摘要
[目的]探讨小针刀治疗跖管综合征的优越性。[方法]局麻定位,确定小针刀进针点。小针刀治疗于确定的进针点进针,用通透剥离法松解粘连,做踝部伸屈活动防止粘连,包扎固定敷料。[结果]52例患者,1次性治愈42例,2次治愈者9例,治愈率达91%。[结论]采用小针刀治疗,方法简便,疗效确切。
[Objective]To investigate the small needle-knife treatment of plantar tunnel syndrome superiority. [Methods]Position under local anesthesia.Determine the entry point of the little knife.Small needleknife therapy.To determine the entry point of the needle,using transparent dissection loosen adhesions,do ankle flexion activities to prevent the adhesion,bandaging a fixed dressings.[Results]52 patients,one-time cure 42 cases,two cured in 9 cases,cure rate of 91%.[Conclusion]Using a small needle-knife treatment method is simple and curative effect.
