摘要
用兔内毒素(ET)休克模型,对平均动脉压(MAP)及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白含量及吞噬细胞(PAM)变化进行观测,探讨参附注射液(SF)对兔内毒素休克肺损伤的作用。结果:ET+SF组MAP虽下降,但2h后开始上升,至6h基本恢复正常,其与ET组比,P<0.05,与假手术组(Sham组)比,ET2h后差异无显著性;对BALF中细胞总数和PMN,ET+SF组与ET组比较,差异显著(P<0;01);蛋白定量,ET+ST组与ET组间差异显著(P<0.05),而与Sham组间差异不显著(P>0.05),证明参附注射液对肺损伤有明显的保护作用。
we studied the effects.of Shen fu injection(SF)onthe pulmonary injury due to endotoxic shock in
rabbits,the changes of mean arterial pressure(MAP),and of theprotin contents, macrphages and
neutrophils in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were assayfed in the modelof endotoxic
shock(rabbits).After endotoxin(ET)administration,MAP was also decreased in the ET+SFgroup、
but it began to increasc at 2 hrs and became al-most nomal at 6hrs. MAP was increased,
significantly(P< 0.05)compared with the controls, but its changewas insignifiant 2hrs after ET
administration(P>005)as compared with the “sham”. Total cells,macrophagesand neutrophils
in BALF of the ET+SF group were significantly reduced (P<0.01 ),and protein in BALF wasalso
markedly decreased(P< 0.05 ) compared with thecontrols; bwt the changes were insignificant(P<
0.05 )compared with the ” sham”,The results indicated thatSF had protective effects on the
pulmonary injury due toendotoxic shock in rabbits.
