摘要
中药提取物CM36对小鼠Lewis肺癌、小鼠肝癌(HAC)抑瘤作用明显。实验初步表明,对HAC的抑瘤作用优于抗癌药ADM、TSPA、5FU以及VP-16.似略优于MMC。CM36的产地不同,抑瘤作用不同,瘤株不同,抑瘤率亦异,CM36对S180抑瘤作用差,动物品系不同,仰瘤效果有差别。对昆明种荷HAC的抑瘤作用较强而对Balb/c荷HAC的抑瘤作用差。用CM36治疗小鼠移植性肿瘤,癌区内有淋巴样细胞及粒细胞与癌细胞紧密接触,癌细胞除坏死外,大量癌细胞退变,细胞浆与异染色质浓缩。CM36还能使荷瘤小鼠总T细胞及其亚群升高,荷瘤小鼠(对照组)于后期T_h/T_s细胞之比有倒置现象而治疗组则没有,表明CM36有免疫调节作用。
We have demonstrated
that CM36(a Chinese medicinal herb) was significantly
manifestedagainst Lewis pulmonary cancer in C57BL/6 mice and HAC in
Kunming mice by the inhibitionof the tumor. Our preliminary study in
mice with experimental subcutaneous(HAC)demonstrat-ed that the
inhibition of tumors were superior than ADM、TSPA、5Fu and VP-16 ,The
inhibitionmay be different from the places of production, the tumor
cell lines and the mice. CM36 ex-pressed a low inhibitory rate on S
180. In Kunming mice- bearing HAC, after therapy withCM36,the tumor
inhibitory rate were superior than in Balb/c-bearing HAC. The
immunologicalstudy in CM36 group showed an increase in splenic Thy 1,
2 lymphocytes and T Lymphocytesubsets of tumor-bearing mice. The
T_h/T_s ratio of control group was decrease in later period butno
significant change in the T_h/T_s ratio of therapeutical group.The
results show that treatmentwith CM36 express immunomodulation.
