摘要
在５０侧成人下肢标本上，观测了跳动脉穿支的骨膜支及其与腓浅动脉间的吻合。穿支发２～６支外径在０．５ｍｍ以下的骨膜支，分布至胫腓骨远端前面。穿支的升支与腓浅动脉吻合恒定。设计以腓浅血管为蒂的胫腓骨远端骨膜瓣移位，为胫骨骨折、骨不连的修复增加了一种新的手术方案，经临床１例应用，效果满意。

artery was observed of its distribution to the periosteumand its
anastomoses with superficial personel artery on 50 adult leg
specimens. The perforatingbranch nourishes the anterior sides of both
the tibial and fibular distal parts with 2～6 branches ofless than 0.
5 mm in diameter, It sends a regular ascending branch to anastomose
with the superfi-cial peroneal artery. Imitative operation of distal
tibiofibular periosteum transposition was de-signed with the
superficial personel vessels for repairing tibial fracture or
non-union. Clinical ap-plication of the periosteal flap was performed
on one case of patient successfully.
