摘要
用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)观测了硫铝酸盐系列水泥的水化产物钙矾石,其显微形貌有针状、长杆状、短柱状、六角柱状、管状、胶态状等.针状、长杆状较常见;短柱状、六角柱状虽然常见,但与水泥中石膏的掺入量有关,对水泥石的性能易诱发不利因素;胶态状钙矾石为硫铝酸盐水泥石的主要构成,有沟壑微结构,易使水泥石形成闭孔;管状钙矾石是近年来在SEM中首次被观测到.
Ettringite, the hydrated compound of sulphoaluminate series cement is observed by SEM and EDS. There are many kinds of micromorphology such as acicular, long rod, short column, hexagonal column, pipe and colloidal states etc. Acicular and long rod slates are com-mon. Short column and hexagonal column are common, but they are related to the quantity of addition gypsum in cement and unfavourable to the characleristcs of cement stone. Colloid of ettrirgite is major constitution of sulphoaluminate cement stone. Its gully structure make it easy to form closed pores in cement stone. The pipe ettringite was first observed by SEM in recent years.
