摘要
本文根据异步电机转子结构的周期性和电磁场变化的规律,提出了一种计算斜槽转子横向电流的三维场模型。这种模型既保持了较高的计算精度,又简化了计算工作量。其求解区域仅为一个齿距。采用有限元法,成功地处理了媒质的各向异性、接触电阻及齿距边界条件,计算了横向电流的分布以及由此引起的附加损耗。附加损耗的计算结果与实测结果相符,精度符合工程要求。
A 3-D eddy current field model of squirrel cage rotor in induction motors is presented. The model is accurate for computing bar-to-bar currents in rotors. The computed region is only one tooth pitch. The anisotropy of iron cores,contact resistance between bar and iron core and the tooth pitch boundary condition are considered in detail. The computed results of additional losses are approach to the experiment one for a test motor with skewed rotors.
