摘要
用纯系选育方法，以吐平面丝性状为重点，经过连续五个世代的强度选拔，育成ＺＡＵ２号（日系）．其平面丝的吐丝率达９５％以上。经过与中系品种的配合力测定和吐平面丝性状比较，选配了薪杭ｘＺＡＵ２号一代杂交种。经生产试用，表明该品种强健好养，张种产丝量高，且平面丝质量好。另外，一代杂交种试繁成绩表明，制种性能良好。
ZAU No. 2(Japanese strain)was bred by line-selection method through strict selection of the flat-way spinning character for five successive generations. After the test of combining ability by crossed with Chinese bred,the combination of Xinhang × ZAU No. 2 was selected out based the performance of flat-way spinning. Trial rearing showed that the variety of ZAU No. 2 not only have a high quality and quality of silk but the larva easy to rear. Moreover,it have rich amount of hybrid eggs production.
