摘要
在输油管道生产运行中,安全工作至关重要。对我国输油管道运行20年来发生的事故进行统计和分析,认为引起事故的主要原因是设备故障、管道腐蚀及违反操作规程,而外力破坏、施工质量差、管材质量差等也是引起事故不可忽视的重要因素,在分析这些因素的基础上,对输油管道的设计与施工质量、管道的防腐与阴极保护效果、设备的采购、管道的运行管理等提出了建议。指出为保障管道的安全运行,全面地提高管道的技术管理水平及职工的业务素质和职业道德水平是非常关键的。
Safety is of utmost importance in oil transportation. Statistics and analysis are made on the accidents of oil pipeline which have occured over 20 years of operation. It is believed that the main reasons for these accidents are equipment failure, pipeline corrosion and maloperation, and that extraneous damages, poor construction and dis qualified materials are also contributors to the accidents not to be ignored . Suggestions are given for the following operations: pipeline design and construction, pipeline corrosion control and cathodic protection, equipment procure- ment, pipeline operation and management. It is pointed out that the keys to the problems are to improve the technical management of pipeline, and to inhence pipeline staff's professional knowledge and ethics.
