摘要
通过比较分析５０例具有稳定的移植肾功能的肾移植受者应用国产与进口环孢素的疗效／费用分析，发现两者的免疫抑制疗效相当，国产环孢素的不良反应发生率为４４％，进口环孢素的不良反应发生率为３６％。血药浓度基本上都维持在拟定的理想范围内。但在药物费用上国产环孢素显著低于进口环孢素。
The efficacy/cost of domestic and imported cyclosporine was analyzed in 50kidney-transplanted recipients with stable renal function. The results showed that the immun-osuppressive efficacy of domestic cyclosporine was well-matched to that of imported cyclosprine. The incidence of adverse drug reaction of domestic cyclosporine was 44% while the incidence of ADR of imported cyclosporine was 36%. Most of whole blood cyclosprine concentrations were maintained in the idealtherapeutic range. Ding cost of domestic cyclosporine, however, was significant lower than that of imported cyclosporine.
