摘要
本文在Ｃｏｏｋ和Ｓｅｉｆｏｒｄ研究成果基础上，提出了一种相对测度Ｃ＿Ｂ．文中通过理论分析和数例计算，检验了Ｃ＿Ｂ作为一种关于解的一致性的测度的有效性和通用性，结论是，测度Ｃ＿Ｂ较之距离测度具有更多的优点．
In this paper,a relative measure consensus C_B is suggested for the purpose to measure consensus quantitatively,and the generality and effectiveness of C_B are expounded through theoretical analysis and numerical examples.It is the consequence that the measure C_B is superior to the distance measure presented by Cook and Seiford.bf
