柑桔青绿霉病生物防治研究 被引量:7

ANTAGONISM OF TRICHODERMA SPP.AND G.LIOCLADIUM VIRENS AGAINST PENICILLIUM DIGIT ATLUM AND P.ITALICUM AND BIOCONTROL OF CITRUS GREEN AND BLUE MOLD

摘要 从西南地区土壤上分离的104株木霉(Trichodermaspp.)和17株绿色粘帚霉(Gliocladiumvirens)中筛选出4株对柑桔青霉菌(Penicilliumitalicum)和绿霉菌(P.digitatum)均有强烈抑制作用的拮抗菌株:T4,绿色粘帚霉(G.Virens);T58,黄绿木霉(T.aureoviride);T83,桔绿木草(T.citrinoviride)。拮抗菌T4、托布津特克多对刺伤接种柑桔青霉菌的果实,均有明显抑制病情发展的作用。拮抗菌T4的抑制作用大体上与托布津相当,而略逊于特克多。然而无论是拮抗菌还是农药,均不能完全阻止接种果实发病。在果实受伤、并感染病原菌后,施用拮抗菌或在药越早,则抑制病情发展的效果越好。采收前后用拮抗菌T4、托布津和特克多处理的果实,贮藏3个月后,对柑桔贮藏期青、绿霉病和其它病害的防效达到92.6%以上。 isolates strongly antagonistic to Penicillium italicum and P.digitatum were selected from 104 isolates of Trichoderma spp.and 17 Gliocladium virens.They were T4,C.virens;T58,T.aureoviride;T83,T.citrinoviride and T88,T.citrinoviride. Obvious suppression of disease development of sweet orange,inoculated with conidial suspension(105 spores/ml) of P.italicum,was observed through the treatments by amtagonist T4 and Topsin and Mertect.The effect of T4 was similar to that of Topsin,but slightly lower than Mertect.Over 92.6% control effectiveness of green and blue mold as well as other postharvest diseases was obtained either by antagonist T4 or by Topsin and mertect after 3 months storage of sweet orange.
