摘要
用日本OLYMPUSS-450型扫描电子显微镜对25枚天然牛黄的表面、剖面和核心,以及16枚牛体培育牛黄的表面和剖面进行了500~10000倍连续扫描观察,发现天然牛黄的层次结构比牛体培育牛黄的层次多而且明显;两种牛黄均具有梅花状、蜂巢状、珊瑚石状和树根状的结构特征,与人的胆红素型结石十分类似。在天然牛黄的核心均未见到异物。
The surface, section and nucleus of 30 natural cow-bezoar samples and16 cow-bezoar samples cultured in cow gallbladders were observed by using an OlympusS-450 scanning electron microscope with 500~10 000 times running scan.It was foundthat there were more structural tiers in the natural cow-bezoar than the cultured onesand the natural tiers were more easily observed. Both types of the cow-bezoar had thesame structral features such as plum blossom,ball,honeycomb,coral stoneand treeroot, which looked similar to human bilirubin-type gallstones. No foreign body wasfound in the nuclei of the natural cow-bezoars.
