摘要
把企业作为一个系统，对企业技术创新的动力进行分析，指出企业技术创新的动力由内力和外力共同构成。内力为企业技术创新提供动因，外力提供动势。在此基础上，对内力和外力进行合成；在对合力分析的基础上指出合力的类型决定着企业技术创新的模式。
Enterprises are treated as systems。The dynamic of technology innovation in enterprises isanalysed,and it is pointed out that the dynamic is formed by both internal and extenal forces.The in-ternal force affords reason of trend and the extenal affords impetus of trend for technology innovation Based on this,the join forces is composed of internal and extenal forces. Based the analyses of join fores upon,it is pointed out that patterns of technoloy innovation in enterprises are decided by types of join fores。
