摘要
本文研究了氧氩气体比例对溅射法制备ＹＢＣＯ高Ｔｃ超导薄膜的质量的影响情况，对氧氩气体在１：４和由１：４变为１：７及由１：７变为１：４的情况进行了研究，得到了一些有意义的结果。
The effect of thd composition of O2 and Ar on the quality of high To YBCO superconducting thin film during the deposition is reported in this paper.
