摘要
本文使用EM算法,在区间型数据和成败型数据下,对Weibull分布的参数进行了估计,得到了估计量所满足的非线性方程组,给出了求解非线性方程组的有效解法,并进行了计算机模拟,经过较少次数的迭代可以达到较高的精度要求。
In this paper, we study parameter estimation for Weibull distribution based on intervaltype data and binary data via the EM algorithm and obtain a system of nonlinear equations which estimator should statisfy for an effective algorithm of solving the system of nonlinear equations is given. Finally, we carry on computer simulation. The method produces higher accuracy by using less number of iterations than usual method.
