摘要
催化裂化-芳烃抽提联合工艺旨在改善加工渣油的FCCU的全回炼操作。改进了的适合工业化的双溶剂抽提工艺,可将FCC回炼油和油浆中的生焦前身物──短侧链调环芳烃抽出,其含量为95%左右。抽余油返回FCCU。工业化结果表明:双溶剂抽提与催化裂化联合操作,可提高FCCU的处理能力10%以上,并能减少焦炭和干气产率,提高汽油和液化气收率,增加轻柴油十六烷值,于气中H2含量下降,汽油安定性改善,不产生环境污染问题。该联合工艺的实施对安庆石油化工总厂带来可观的经济效益。抽出的重质芳烃可用作针状焦及增塑剂等的原料。
The integration of FCC and aromatics extraction is aimed at improving the residFCCU operation. The coke precursor, i. e. the short side chain polynuclear aromatics, in both recycle oiland slurry can be extracted with its content approaching 95%,by the modified dual--solvent extraction.The raff mate was fed to the FCCU to replace the recycle oil. The commercial result showed that the saidintegration operation has increased the FCCU throughput by 10%, resulting in a reduction of coke and drygas yields, increase of naphtha and LPG yields F boost of the cetane number of LCO, reduction of the hydrogen content in dry gas, and improvement of the stability of naphtha, etc. without any associated additional enviromental impact. These improvements had brought considerable profits to Anqing GeneralPetrochemical Works. The polynuclear aromatics extract can be used as the feedstocks for needle coke andplasticizer, etc.
