摘要
本文总结了位于石英斑岩中的5000m^3油罐群的设计、施工经验,包括:油库选址应注意的问题;洞室的稳定性和锚喷支护的可靠性;以及锚喷支护代替传统的模筑钢筋混凝土,以喷钢纤维混凝土代替挂网喷射混凝土.该工程创造了螺旋式环斜道开挖施工法,适应地下立式油罐口小膛大的特点,简化工序、节省材料、降低工程造价,充实和发展了现有地下油库的设计和施工经验.
This paper summarizes the experiences in designing and constructing 5000m3 oil tank group in quartz phorphyry which include considerations in selecting the position of oil depot, the stability of holes and the reliability of supports for anchor spraying; to substitute the moulds for spraying reinforced concrete with supports for anchor spraying of concrete, and to substitute the hanged reinforcing net with steel fibre. In this project, the construction method of spiral circular path was established to suit the charateristics of underground vertical oil tanks which are' large in chest and small at throat'. This method simplifies construction process, saves material and reduces engineering cost. It develops and enriches the construction experience for underground vertical oil depots.
