摘要
作者分析了112例服大量精神药物企图自杀急入院患者的临床资料.发现抑郁情绪是导致服毒自杀的主要原因,服氯氮平或氯氮平及安定者昏迷发生率高;吞服药物剂量愈大昏迷发生率愈高;服药4小时以后被发现者昏迷发生率高。利他林对促使意识的恢复具有一定作用。
The clinical menifestations of 112 cases of acute intoxication of psychotropic drugs were analyzed by the authors. The main cause of suicide was the depressive mood; while the comatous rates of the cases who took clozapine or clozapine and diazepine were the highest ones, and the rate was corelated with the dosage of the drugs. Methylphenidate might be a useful medication to restore the consciousness.
