摘要 介绍轴向预压柱壳侧表面在连续被CO_2激光辐照下的屈曲破坏实验。结果表明,辐照面的材料热软化将诱发预压柱壳的屈曲破坏,并且柱壳预压的屈曲;临界载荷将随激光入射能量的增高而降低,考虑到持续轴压载荷和柱壳的后屈曲特性,可能引起柱壳屈曲的灾难性塌陷破坏。 AbstractThe effects of thermal energy deposit in the cylindrical shell changes material propertiesin its irradiated zone,however what is more that the combined of effects thermal energydeposit and pre-stressed loading may be result in the catastrophic collapse.The buckling failure of the axially pre-compressed cylindrical shell irradiated by CWCO_2 laser beam has been experimentally studied in this paper. The spot of CW CO_2 laserbeam is 50mm in diameter and of a power 8kW. The aluminum alloy cylindrical shell is65.7mm diameter,86mm high,and 0.1 8mm thick.The diagnostic items include high speedphotography,optical-electronic monitor,strain gauge of fast response,and axial pressuredynamometer.From the experimental resuits it can be concluded:The heat softening of materialirradiated by laser beam may cause the buckling failure of the shell.The laser energyincreasing,the critical buckling load of the shell decreases.The catastrophic collapse of theshell may be attributed to the persistent loading and the behavior of post buckling.
