摘要
本文主要介绍高速风洞迎角机构自动控制系统的设计方案、工作原理、研制经验及成果。该控制系统在国内同类风洞中首次采用新型的磁粉器件作离合、制动装置,交流电机作驱动动力,实现用计算机对交流电机进行数字控制,获得了较高的控制精度,实际控制精度≤±1',系统性能稳定。
This paper introduces the scheme, working principle, developing experience and achievements of an angle of attack controling system for high speed wind tunnel.The system adopts new magnetic-particle clutch,magnetic-particle stopper and alternating current driving motor, using computer to carry out digital controling, higher controling accuracy has been obtained. The actual controling accuracy≤± 1'. The system works stably.
