摘要
以TylerPatroitTM型机动喷雾机为例,应用DADS动态分析及设计程序,建立喷雾机悬架的动态模型,并根据正交设计方法选取悬架参数的试验组合,计算机身的稳定过程及机器以一定速度越过路面突起时,机身不同位置加速度的变化以及喷臂高度的变化,来选取悬架参数的优化组合。这种方法也可以用于机动型农业机械悬架参数的优化设计。
A dynamic model of sprayer suspension is set up for analysis by DADS dynamic analysis program using Tyler PatroitTM sprayer as an example.The time to reach stability and the acceleration response of the different point on the chassis after a perturbation is computed. Orthogonal design principle are used to choose different combinations of suspension parameters using the time to reach stability, the acceleration change at the driver seat and at the boom center,and the boom center height change as object functions.A way of optimizing self-propelled agricultural machinery suspension is achieved by analyzing the relation between object functions and suspension parameters.
