摘要
本文观察了AMI家兔术前及术后24h的血液流变学变化。发现AMI组的校正粘度、红细胞和血小板电泳时间均明显高于对照组。血浆粘度变化两组相似。表明AMI时的血液流变学变化部分与应激反应有关,也可能还受其它一些因素的影响。
Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit and electrophoresis time of red blood cell and platelet were raeasured before and 24h after operation, in which 8 rabbits were AMI, and 8 with the coronary arteria not ligated as control. The AMI group had significantly higher adjusted viscosity and electrophoresis time of red cell and platelet than the control group (P<0.05). The change of plasma visicosty was the same in both groups. These results suggest that hemorrhologic changes follwing AMI was due partly to stress, and partly to other cause
