摘要
研究了水性聚氨酯的扩链、交联、丙烯酸酯复合等改性方法以及水性聚氨酯木器漆的研制。结果表明:对水性聚氨酯进行扩链、交联以及丙烯酸酯复合改性,能显著提高水性聚氨酯的拉伸强度、硬度、耐磨性、耐水耐醇性。经检测,用改性水性聚氨酯树脂配制的木器漆主要性能均达到聚酯聚氨酯木器漆行业标准(HG/T3608-1999)。
The modification of waterborne polyurethane through chain extending, crosslinking and compounding with acrylate was studied. The aqueous polyurethane wood paint was also prepared. The results showed the modification could greatly increase the tensile strength, hardness, wear resistance, water resistance and alcohol resistance of the waterborne polyurethane resin. The wood paint prepared with this modified PU resin reaches the standard of HG/T 3608-1999.
