微创经皮肾镜治疗肾及输尿管上段结石 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石及输尿管上段结石的安全性与有效性.[方法]从2002年3月至2005年3月,利用微创PCNL技术治疗肾结石89例,输尿管上段结石26例.[结果]115例患者中,11例合并严重感染先行Ⅰ期经皮肾穿刺造瘘术,5~7 d后行Ⅱ期经皮肾镜碎石术.其余94例行Ⅰ期取石术.47例未取净者,3~5 d后行Ⅱ期取石.输尿管上段结石清除率100%,肾结石总清除率84%,4例改开放手术.[结论]微创PCNL治疗肾及输尿管上段结石安全有效,简化穿刺定位可在基层医院推广.
