摘要
植物通过外排Na+和液泡区隔化Na+来减少Na+的毒害,这一过程由Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白来完成。通过概述植物Na+/H+逆向转运蛋白的基本特征、与植物耐盐性的关系及其分子生物学研究现状,为阐明植物复杂的盐胁迫机理和利用基因工程手段提高植物耐盐性奠定了基础。
Plant avert deleterious effects of Na^+ by extruding Na^+ from cell and/or compartmentalizing Na^+ in vacuole,The biochemical process is accomplished by Na^+/H^+ antiporter system. The present paper mainly discusses recent research progress on basic characteristics and biotechnology of Na^+/H^+ antiporter,and its relation to plant salt tolerance as well.
