摘要
我国工业用水效率总体水平还较低,节水潜力很大。依靠科技进步,大力发展工业节水技术、才能从根本上提高工业用水效率。工业节水技术是指可提高工业用水效率和效益、减少水损失、可替代常规水资源等的技术。发展工业用水重复利用技术,提高工业用水重复利用率是当前工业节水的主要途径。发展高效节水冷却技术,提高冷却水利用效率,减少冷却水用量是工业节水的重点之一。发展工业节水技术的根本途径是大力发展节水工艺、淘汰非节水工艺。
There is a great potential of water saving in industry due to the low water use efficiency in China. The fundamental measure of increasing water use efficiency in industry is to depend on advanced science and technology and develop water-saving technologies. Industrial water-saving technologies refer to the technology that can increase water use efficiency and benefit, reduce water losses and replace conversational water resources. The key approach of industrial water saving is to develop recycled water technology and increase repetitive use rate of industrial water. High-efficient water saving and cooling technology, prompting efficiency of cooling water, and reducing cooling water use quantity is the focus of industrial water saving. However, the grass-root measure of water-saving technology is to advance water-saving techniques and eliminate non-water-saving techniques.
