Rapid determination of 23 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by SIM-GC-MS method

摘要 A method for the rapid determination of 23 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by SIM-GC-MS is described in this paper.Analysis is performed by gas-chromatography with mass selective detector(GC-MS)and selected ion monitoring(SIM)mode,and pesticides are positively confirmed by retention times and characteristic ion ratios.It takes less than 27 min to detect 23 organophosphorus pesticide residues.The spiked recoveries are between 70%~113%when the added pesticides concentration is in the range of 0.01μg~1.00μg.The RSD is less than 20%.The limit of detection is 0.001μg·g-1~0.06μg·g-1.This method is suitable for the daily detection of normal laboratory.
