摘要
目的了解妇科炎症患者沙眼衣原体(CT)及解脲支原体(UU)的感染情况,并研究其相关性和致病机理。方法运用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术对820例妇科炎症患者生殖道分泌物进行CT和UU检测并分析。结果458例阴道炎患者CT和UU的检出率分别为10.26%和65.94%,270例宫颈炎患者CT和UU的检出率分别为11.85%和60.00%,92例盆腔炎患者CT和UU的检出率分别为3.26%和45.65%,CT和UU同时阳性阴道炎患者有24例、宫颈炎患者有13例、盆腔炎患者有1例。在各组中CT与UU的阳性率比较有显著差异(P<0.01),而各组之间CT、UU的阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论提示CT、UU的感染与妇科炎症密切相关,主要表现为免疫性条件致病,对妇科炎症患者应重视CT和UU的检测。
Objective To study the correlation of Chlamydia trachomatis （CT）, Ureaplasma urealyticum （UU） infections and gynecological inflammation disease, and to investigate the pathological mechanism. Methods CT and UU were detected by fluorescence PCR technique in 820 swab specimens of gynecological inflammation disease in this study. Results In 458 cases of vaginits, the positive rate of CT was 10.26%, and UU was 65.94%. In 270 cases of cervicitis, the positive rate of CT was 11.85%, and UU was 60.00%. In 92 cases of pelvic inflammation, the positive rate of CT was 3.26%, and UU was 45.65%. 24 cases of vaginits, 13 cases of cervicitis and 1 cases of pelvic inflammation were infected with both CT and UU. There were significant differences between the positive rates of CT and UU among different groups（P〈0.01 ）. There were no differences among different groups with the positive rates of CT or UU （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The results showed that the gynecological inflammation had a close relationship with the infections of CT and UU, and was likely due to the impaired immunity. The detection of CT and UU should be included in the clinical diagnosis of the gynecological inflammation disease.
