摘要
目的:研究红毛五加多糖(AGP)对四氯化碳(CCl4)肝损伤的保护作用。方法:大鼠CCl4肝损伤模型进行实验。结果:AGP能明显抑制CCl4肝损伤大鼠血清AST、ALP、BILIT和肝TG水平的升高及血清TP、TG、TC、Alb和Glu水平的下降;同时使血清升高的NO含量降低。结论:AGP对CCl4肝损伤大鼠有明显保护作用,其机制可能与降低过高的NO含量有关。
Objective: To study the protective action of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms polysaccharides (AGP) on CCl4 induced liver injury in rats. Methods: The injured liver model induced by injection CCl4 in rats. Results: AGP inhibited the rise of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), total bilirubin(BILIT), hepatic triglycerldes(TG) and nitric oxide(NO). It also inhibited the reduction of serum total protein(TP), albumin(Alb), total cholesterol(TC), TG and blood sugar(Glu) in CCh-intoxicated rats. Conclusion: AGP possess protective action on CCl4 induced liver injury in rats. The mechanism of AGP working is related to the reduction of ,serum NO.
