摘要
信息系统是情报学研究的重要内容之一.本文着眼于情报学研究的实际应用,对高校科研竞争力评价信息系统进行了详细的系统分析,提出了系统总体功能解决方案,并对一些关键技术解决方法加以分析.该信息系统可直接输出高校科技创新竞争力评价报表和高校人文社会科学研究竞争力评价报表、各级评价指标文档、各级指标排名查询和报表,具有可靠性强和效率较高的特点.
Information system is one of the important content of information science research. Focus on the practical application of information sicience research, this paper makes a detailed system analysis about the evaluating information system of univerisity＇ s scientific research competitive power, and proposes the overall functional solution of the system, and analyzes some key technology solutions. This information system can directly output the appraisal report on university＇ s scientific and technical innovation competitive power, and the appraisal report on university＇ s humanity social scientific research competitive power, the evaluated index files at all levels, the inquiry function and report form for the place in competition. This system has the characteristics of high reliability and higher efficiency.
