摘要
针对三相逆变电路的死区效应,提出了一种补偿时间的实时计算方法。详细分析了死区效应造成的电压畸变和由此带来的谐波电流。文中根据三相系统的对称性,采用只对其中一相电路进行死区补偿的方法。此外,结合F240DSP控制芯片,给出了对称型PWM死区效应的数字化补偿策略。实验结果表明,该补偿策略对由死区时间和开关器件的非理想特性造成的电压畸变有很好的补偿效果。该补偿方法的软件控制简单,适合用于三相逆变装置的死区补偿。
As for the dead-time effect of three-phase voltage inverter,this paper proposes a real-time calculation method for compensated time.ln addition,the paper analyzed the distortes output voltage and the harmonic current by dead-time effect in detail.Based on the symmetry of three-phase system,a method that only one phase voltage has been compensated is adopted.A digital dead-time compensation method for symmetrical PWM is proposed based on F240DSP in the paper.Experimental results prove that this method has good compensation effect for distorted voltage aroused by dead-time and the nonideal characteristic of switching device.The proposed method has an advantage of control facility and it can be used in dead-time compensation of three-phase voltage inverter.
