摘要
奶牛不孕症是一种危害较大的常见病。为发展乳业生产，作者根据中国医学的特点，应用自行研制的纯中药制剂防治奶牛不孕症共２１２９例（头），取得明显疗效。其中“复方仙阳汤”、“促孕酊”治疗奶牛卵巢静止和持久黄体性不孕症５２８例（头），有效率为９５％（５０２／５２８）；３个情期内配种，受胎率８６．５％（４３６／５０２）。“清宫消炎混悬剂”防治奶牛子宫内膜炎１６０１头，其中预防２３１头，３个情期受胎率为９３．４％（１９８／２１２），第一个情期受胎率为６２．７％（１３３／２１２），疗效分别较对照组（未防治）提高７．０％和１０．２％；治疗子宫内膜炎１３７０头，有效率为９５．０４％（１３０２／１３７０），治愈后发情配种受胎率为９０．８％（１１８３／１３０２），而西药组治疗１４０头，有效率为８６．４％（１２１／１４０），除治愈后淘汰９头外，发情配种１１２头，受胎率为８０．４％（９０／１１２），清宫消炎混悬剂的有效率及受胎率均较西药组提高８．６４％和１０．４％。本项研究的系列制剂已在全国１１个省、市示范应用２万余例，取得了显著疗效和较大的经济效益。与此同时，还对中药制剂作用机理进行了初步研究，亦取得一定的结果。
Infertility in dairy cattle is a harmful common disease which occurs frequently. In this study, a series of formulas of Chinese herbal medicines (CHM) were designed and tested to prevent and cure 2129 infertile cows. 502 out of 528 (95%) dairy cattle with in fertility caused by ovary arrest and persistent corpus luteum showed estrus after treatment with the formulas Fu Fang Xian Yang Tang (FFXYT) and Cu Yun Ding (CYD), and 436 out of the 502 cows became pregnant after insemination within 3 estrus cycles. 1601 cows with endometritis were treated with the formula Qing Gong Xiao Yan Hun Xuan Ji (QGXYHXJ) among which 231 were treated for prevention. The pregnancy rates after insemination within 3 estrus cycles (198/212 or 93.4%) and in the first estrus cycle (133/212 or 62.7%) were higher than those of the control group(86.4% and 52. 5% respectively). 1302 out of 1370 (95.04%) cows showed estrus and 1183 out of 1302 (90.8%) became pregnant after cure. However, only 121 out of 140 (86.4%) cows treated with Western medicine showed estrus and 90 out of 112 (80. 4%) estrous cows became pregnant after insemination. In other words, more cows cured with QGXYHXJ became estrus (95.04%) and pregnant (90. 8%) than those cured with Western medicine (86. 4% and 80.4% respectively). These CHM formulas have been applied to more than 20000 cows in 11 provinces of China and showed prominent efficacy. A preliminary study on the functional mechanism of the formulas was conducted and initial results have been achieved.
