摘要
随着苏州经济的发展,农业在经济结构中的比重日益降低。农业从业人口和农用耕地逐年减少,农村人口中又以文化素质较低的中老年人为主,小规模经营方式已不适应苏州农业发展的要求。通过推进土地的规模化经营,在以适当的方式保障农民利益的前提下,大力提升苏州的农业生产水平,为率先实现农业现代化奠定坚实的基础。
