摘要
在讨论“九.一八”事变中的“不抵抗”政策时,传统观点认为是蒋介石下令张学良实行“不抵抗”,张学良替蒋介石承担了责任。目前也有为蒋介石“不抵抗”政策翻案的言论,认为张学良才是“不抵抗”的真正责任者。“不抵抗”的责任不能简单地归结于某一个人,而是国民党政府长期推行对日妥协、退让政策的结果。
About the Responsibility of the non- resistance Policy in the “September Eighteenth Incident”, the traditional opinion of the historical circle is that Jiang Jieshi orders Zhang Xueliang not to resist and Zhang Xueliang undertakes responsibility in place of Jiang Jieshi. But in recent years, somebody thinks that non - resistance Policy is Zhang＇s individual behavior and it is not concerned with Jiang Jieshi.. The author thinks that the responsibility of non - resistance Policy can not be attributed to one person simply. It is the result which National Party has carried out the policy of compromising with Japan and giving in for long periods.
