摘要
大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,大学生就业受到社会因素、高等教育和学生个人自身因素等诸多方面的影响,我们要加强人才市场规范化建设,进一步深化高等教育改革,为大学生就业提供专业化的指导与服务。
College students are the valuable talent resources for the country. Their employment is influenced by the society, higher education and themselves and so on. We should strengthen the talent market＇ construction and standardize it, deepen the reform of higher education,provide the specialized directions and service for the students＇ employment.
