摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制得纳米TiO_2-SiO_2溶胶,与纳米级聚丙烯酸酯微胶乳直接共混,制备了聚丙烯酸酯/TiO_2-SiO_2纳米复合胶乳,经制膜、干燥处理得纳米杂化材料。复合胶乳粒子外观呈球形,平均粒径约120 nm;用红外光谱分析了聚丙烯酸酯微胶乳膜和复合胶乳膜吸收峰特征。考察了纳米TiO_2-SiO_2含量对纳米复合胶乳膜光学、热学及力学性能的影响,实验结果表明,当TiO_2-SiO_2含量为1.0%~2.0%时,能使该纳米复合胶乳膜具有很好的紫外线屏蔽性和热稳定性,并使纳米复合胶乳膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等力学性能也得到提高。
Nanocomposite latexes of polyacrylate/TiO2 - SiO2 were prepared by directly blending the nanometer pure acrylic microlatex with TiO2 - SiO2 sol which was prepared by sol - gel method, and then obtained the hybrid materials by preparing membrane and drying. The nanocomposite latexes have spherical apperances and the average size is 120 nm, and the characteristic absorption bands of membranes of pure acrylic microlatex and nanocomposite latexes were analyzed from FT- IR spectra. Influence of the content of TiO2 - SiO2 on properties of thermal, mechanical and optical properties of the hybrid material was discussed. The results showed that the hybrid material had excellent thermal stability and shielding effect for UV radiation and strengthening and toughening when the content of TiO2-SiO2 was 1.0% -2.0%.
