摘要
日本拥有一支堪称世界一流的教师队伍,这主要得益于几十年来特别是近二三十年来日本在推进教师专业化过程中采取的卓有成效且富有特色的措施。这些措施主要体现在“定向型”与“非定向型”教师教育并存、严格教师资格认证制度与完善教师录用制度并重、在职教育多样化与实效性并重以及提高教师待遇与加强教师管理并重等方面。文章认为,在我国积极推进教师专业化的今天,日本的许多做法都可供借鉴和学习。
Japan has a world-class teaching force, and this should be attributed to what it has been taking in the past few decades, especially in the last twenty to thirty years, when promoting the professionalization of teachers, that is, effective and distinctive measures such as co-existence of the education of directed and non-directed teachers, equal emphasis on strict regulation of teaching qualifications certification as well as perfection of teaching employment regulations, equal stress on the diversification and actual effects of in-service education, and equal attention paid to improve teachers' treatment and their management. This paper points out that we can draw on such measures as Japan has been taking, since we are actively promoting the teachers professionalization at present.
