摘要
目的 探讨时间护理在腹腔镜患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 在病人围手术期的健康教育中应用时间护理理论 ,改变传统的集中教育方法 ,采用多种形式 ,适时反复讲解。结果 实验组在术前教育、术后指导、康复指导及出院指导的健康教育掌握程度明显高于对照组 ;术前的焦虑程度低于对照组 ;服务态度满意率较对照组高。结论 在健康教育中应用时间护理理论增加患者对健康教育的掌握程度 ,明显降低患者术前的焦虑情绪 ,增加患者对护士的信任感 。
Objective To explore the effect of time nursing applied to the health education of gynecologic patients receiving laparoscopy. Methods In the health education, time nursing theory was adopted in the test group, meanwhile, various kinds of health educational approaches to applying. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing. Results There were statistical significant differences in the mastery of health education knowledge between the test group and the control group, including pre-operation, post-operation, recovering and hospital discnarge conductions, Preoperative anxiety was more decreasing and the rate of service satisfactions was higher in test group than those in control group. Conelusions The application of time nursing in patients receiving laparoscopy increased patients the mastery degrees of heath education, decreased preoperative anxiety, strengthen the sense of their faith in nurses and also improved the rate of satisfactions.
