摘要
提出一种基于仿射变换的双克令吊联合装卸重大件货物的动态仿真快速算法。该算法是将在三维空间中6参数的非线性方程组经仿射变换后,变为二维平面上的4参数的非线性方程组,对此方程组运用最优化方法进行迭代求解,再经仿射反变换得到原非线性方程组的最终解。在此算法和基于OPENGL的三维视景显示等算法基础上,设计并实现了重大件货装卸仿真系统,实践证明这一算法的实现加快了系统的仿真速度,结果令人满意。
The fast simulating algorithm based on the affine tranform of double cranes' loading and unloading awkward length cargo were provided. When using this algorithm, the equation groups with 6 unknown parameters in 3D space were turned into another equation groups with 4 unknown parameters and the iterative solution of the latter equation group by applying optimization method were available, And then the final solution in the original 3D space was obtained using the inverse affine transform, Simulation system of loading and unloading awkward length cargo was designed and implemented based on 3D view showing on OpenGL and this algorithm. It is proved that the implement of the algorithm can accelerate simulation speed of the system and satisfying result is available.
