中小型电镀厂镀锌及钝化废水的处理 被引量:3

摘要 本文指出电镀锌及钝化时产生的废水面广量大,人们应当认识含锌废水对环境的污染及其危害性,对其处理必须引起足够的重视。笔者认为,对以中小型电镀锌厂,采用化学沉淀法处理镀锌及钝化生产的废水,较为适宜。并针对单盐镀锌废水和铵盐镀锌废水以及钝化含铬(Ⅵ)废水,介绍了相应的处理(实验)方法、基本原理及实验结果。尤其是我们采用了廉价的硫铁矿石作为吸附净化剂处理上述废水,初步取得了良好的实验效果,这在废水处理技术中是一项新的尝试。 It is considered to be proper to treat wastewater from Zn plating and its chromatizing by chemical precipitation for medium and small shops The treatment methods, their fundamentals and experimental results are dicussed for wastewater from simple salt Zn plating and ammonium salt Zn plating, and also for Cr (VI) -containing waste- water from passivation. Particularly, cheap pyrite ore has been used as the absorbent in treating above mentioned wastewater and good experimental results have been obtained.
