玉米10份地方品种和4份外来群体同工酶位点的遗传多样性 被引量:5

ALLOZYME POLYMORPHISM WITHIN AND AMONG MAIZE(ZEA MAYSL.)LOCAL VARIETIES AND EXOTIC POPULATIONS

摘要 本文分析了三峡地区10份玉米地方品种和4份外来种质在16个同工酶标记位点上的遗传变异。结果表明:10个地方品种和4个外来种质平均每一位点分别有1.71和1.79个等位基因,地方品种中含外来种质所没有的Got2-6基因,但缺少外来种质中所含有的Est8-4.5、Mah2-5.5和Sodl-B3个等位基因,地方品种中63.13%的检测位点为多态性,期望杂合度为0.1919,地方品种与外来种质间基于16个位点所估算的MRD值在0.148~0.391之间,地方品种间MRD值在0.110~0.444之间,说明地方品种间遗传差异较大,地方品种内遗传变异丰富。 Ten local varieties(Lanhuazao,Wuxiyumil3, Wuxiyumil4 ,Roulihuang,Xiaomeihuang,Zhuxiyumi,Yinxinhuang,Jingzihuang,Qiyuehong and Hongtianhua) colleted from the Three Gorges area and four exotic populations(BSSSC9,Lancaster,Suwen2,Meihuang9)in maize(Zea mays L.)were assayed for a allozyme variation at 16 enzyme locus.Extensive allozyme variablility was observed in all studied materials.No locus was monomorphic over all material.Each of the loci Adhl,Amyl,Cox2,Cox3,Estl,Est8,Got1,Got2,Mdh2,Mdh3,Pox4,Sod1,Sod4 expressed two allozymes.Acpl and Mdhl each had three allozymes present.Acp4 had four allozymes present.1.71 and l.79 alleles per loci were presented within per local variety and exotic populations respectively.Got2-6was presented within ten local varieties but was not discovered in exotic populations;Est8-4.5,Mdh2-5.5 and Sod 1-B were observed in four exotic populations but were not found in local varieties.The proportion of polymophism loci of local varieties ranged from 50%to 68.75%,having a mean value of 63.13%.The average expected heterozygosity was 0. 1919.MRD(Modified Rogers,Distance)based on 16 locus had revealed the genetic difference among local varieties(0.148~0.391)and between local varieties and exotic populations(0.118~0.444).
