摘要
                
                    以丝瓜作砧木、西瓜为接穗,用不同的育苗温度、嫁接方法及管理条件,对两瓜嫁接后的形态学及抗涝性进行了初步研究。结果表明:在25℃/15℃(日/夜)下育苗比35℃/25℃下育苗,表现茎杆矮壮,不易空心,较适于插接;接后管理上,靠接苗在不遮光条件下比插接苗具有较高的成活率;生长期间插接苗接口牢固,且接口处无不定根发生,还可省去嫁接夹或伤口包扎工序;嫁接苗比自根西瓜苗明显耐涝;嫁接西瓜与自根西瓜在可溶性固形物含量、瓤色、风味、皮厚上无明显差异,说明嫁接西瓜不影响口感品质。
                
                The morphologic characteristics of loofah[Luffa cylinderica(L.)Roem] as stock grafting with watermelon[Citrullus lanatus(Thunb.)Mansfeld] were observed in different temperatures for culture, grafting methods, management conditions and the waterlogging tolerance was studied after graft. The results showed that the seedlings reised at 25℃/15℃(day/night)were dwarfer and stronger than those at 35 ℃/25 ℃,because the stem of seedlings cuItured in low temperature were not hollow, they were suitable to insersion-grafting ; considering the management after grafting, lean-grafted seedlings were not wiIt and survival rates were higher than insersion-grafted seedlings under light conditions;from the growth status, insersion-grafting was superior to lean-gafting since the wounds healed strongly, no adventitious roots occured, and graft clips or procedure for wrapping wounds could be canceled; grafted seedlings had higher waterlogging tolerance than selfrooted watermelon seedlings; there were not difference in soluable substances,flesh color,taste, thickness of rind bewteen grafted watermelon and self-rooted watermelon indieatinggrafted watermelon did not affect taste quality.
