摘要
本文考察了TS分子筛合成中不同结构的有机胺类模板剂对硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和钛酸丁酯Ti(BuO)4水解成胶的影响,我们发现TEOS和Ti(BuO)4的水解速度、水解产物的存在形式,胶液的pH值以及水解时是否有协同作用对分子筛的合成和催化性能有重大影响。苯酚羟基化结果表明:具有分子筛结构的催化剂显示出较高的催化活性,产物主要是邻苯二酚和对苯二酚。而含Ti-O-SiO3结构的无定形钛硅氧化物也有一定的活性,但只生成邻苯二酚而没有对苯二酚。
This paper studies the hydrolysis and gelation procedure of tetraethyl orthosilicate and titanium tetrabutoxide by using organic amine molecules with different structure as template in synthetizing titanosilicalite zeolites.It is discovered that the hydrolysis rates of TEOS and Ti(BuO)4.,in exist forms of hydrolysis products,as well the PH value of gel solution and so on are greatly influencing on the synthetic and catalytic properties of TS zeolites. The result of phenol hydroxylation reaction appears that TS-2 zeolite catalyst has the better catalytic activity,and that catechol and hydroquinone are main products; Amorphous catalysts with Ti-O-SiO3 structure show the catalytic activity as well, but there is only catechol and not hydroquinone in the products.
