摘要
诊治９５例玩赏犬犬病，根据其流行特点、临床症状、剖检结果、实验室检验、电镜检查和人工复制试验确诊为犬瘟热，其临床表现可分为呼吸型、神经型、消化道型和皮肤型４种类型。经采取综合治疗措施，本病的治愈率呼吸型的可达９３％；神经型的为７０％；而呼吸型并发神经型的病程十分严重，治愈率只有６５％左右，其他病型的则死亡率很低。
This paper
deals with the study of Canine distemper in 95 dog cases.Caninedistemper was diagnosised
according to the epidemic feature ,clinical sign , pathological re-sults, laboratory
diagnosis,electron microscopy examination and artificial infection of dogs.To adopt active
prevention and treatment measure,the results show that the cure rate of res-piratory canine
distemper is 96.3%;nerve canine distemper reches 62.5%. The mortality ofdisgestive tract and
skin canine distemper is very low. The canine distemper of the respirato-ry and nerve is
serious illness,the cure rate is only 66.7%.
