摘要
本文报告我院肿瘤科近１０年（１９８４～１９９３年）收治恶性肿瘤７５７６例，经病理证实为多原发癌１３例，发病率为０．１７％。男６例，女７例。年龄２８～６９岁，平均５５岁。对多原发癌的手术选择问题进行探讨，特别是消化道恶性肿瘤应遵循肿瘤外科探查原则，由远向近肿瘤处，有顺序及全面地探查腹腔各个脏器，只要有可能切除病灶，就要同时施行手术。
From 7576 patients with malignant tumors hospitalized in our department in the recentdecade,(1984-1993)13 cases of polyphyletic malignant tumors were identified by pathological examination.The morbidity was 0.17%.Among them 6 were males and 7 were females.Ages ranged from 28 to 69(mean 55).The operation program for Polyphyletic malignant tumor,especially malignant tumors in digestive tract,must abide by the explorative principle ofneoplastic surgery,that is,all the intraperitonear organs should be systematically detected inturn. If tumor fool can be amputated,operation in the same time is necessary.
