组合桨刀对模型螺桨的气动与声学性能影响的试验

摘要 某3叶模型螺桨在桨叶叶尖半径80%~90%范围内的弦向位置,按桨刀的尺寸、数目、位置的不同组合安装桨刀,以分隔叶面径向流和环向流的交互影响,阻止桨尖附面层的分离和涡旋的形成。在地面静止条件下(V=0)进行了带有组成桨刀螺桨与不带桨刀螺桨的对比试验。结果表明,带桨刀螺桨的气动性能都明显提高,噪声显著下降,在比较点有的高达4~5dB。 Three blades scale model propellers with out and with propeller fences along the chord direction at 80%~90% blade tip rad ius had been compared expermenlally.The propeller fence are located according to their number,dimensions and places so a s to isolate the interation between circ ulatory flow and radial flow on the blad e and to prevent the separation of the b oundary layer at the blade tip and gener ation of vortex.The experiments were car ried out at test rig in the room and out door.The results indicate that under ide ntical operational conditions,the aerody namic characteristics of the propeller w ith the propeller fence are enhanced and its noise is reduced substantially,some times up to 4~5 DBA.
