摘要
研究了Al-RE合金的高温性能,用扫描电镜、电子探针对该合金的断口形貌和相成分进行了分析。结果表明,该合金在350~400℃的高温下仍具有优越的力学性能,比一般耐热铝合金的耐热温度提高50℃。这主要是因为合金中形成了多种高温稳定的稀土化合物相,这些化合物相呈放射状分布在晶界和枝晶间,可有效地阻碍高温下晶界的滑移。
In this paper,the properties of alloy Al-RE-Cu-Mn-Si at elevated temperature are discussed. Fracture characteristic and phase composition feature are analysed with SEM and EPMA. Results show that the alloy remains exellent mechanical properlies even at 350~400℃. Its heat resisant temperature increased 50℃ compared with ordinary leat resistant aluminum alloys.The main reason is that many stable rare earth comiounds are formed in the alloy.They are disributed at crysal boundary and inter-dendritic boundary in radicactive shape, and thus prevent effectlvely crystal boundary from slip and preven marix from plastic defomation at elevaed emioaure.
